Packaging Designer for a Chinese inspired design

I am looking for a product designer for my frozen wonton business. I am looking for Chinese/Hong Kong inspired designs. I need a logo, two packaging designs, and other business supplies (thank you cards, etc). I want to be able to show my Chinese heritage through design. I am looking for a fixed rate for the job.
