Packaging Design

I'm in need of a creative designer to either completely design my popcorn bag packaging or just create the artwork and provide it in vector format. I'm looking for a designer to create up to 6 designs. I have specific ideas in mind but I'm open to suggestions. Need someone skilled at painting and drawing to create clusters of flowers and popcorn together ideally.
