Packaging Design

I am in the process of producing a product which will be sold on Amazon. This is a multifunction holder for wall with hooks. I need a design to be made for the packaging. This should also include a design for the inserts ( like a "Business/Thank you card" with information like my website address, phone etc).

I need the freelancer to have experience working on Amazon. Please bid only if you have designed a packaging which was sold there and you should be familiar with Amazon's requirements.
