Package Design automotive SLI 0770

I need to accommodate 48 parts in the container SLI 0770 with internal dimension of 1110X910X774 mm. Packaging will be made with polypropylene and epe foam. Base of the packaging will be polypropylene and we need to add some EPE foam to keep the part in place. Foam will be made with the CNC machine based on the design and shape of the part for a better stability.
