PKL Canada, design a pickleball club with fitness and yoga studio, massage and physiotherapy room + lounge area

I am looking to build a pickleball club in Canada with a focus on providing both sport, socialization and relaxation. My budget for the project is more than $20,000, and my priority is a wellness massage and physiotherapy room, fitness and yoga studios, and a lounge area for A RESTO CAFE/BAR. I want this club to have a modern, contemporary feel, with a modern design and theme in mind. There will be 8 pickleball courts, a fitness and yoga studio, massage and physiotherapy rooms and a lounge area. This club should reflect a calming and relaxing atmosphere as well as a dynamic space for fun and sports.
