PDFlib Block Creator (ongoing)

Looking for someone who understands PDFlib. This will be an ongoing project needing several PDFlib blocks built per week. Requirements are 1) The ability to make custom blocks using PDFlib 2) Must be able to create the custom blocks 8 am-5 pm CST Mon-Fri. 3) Understanding of CMYK, RGB, and PMS colors 4) Understand how to use CorelDraw. 5) General understanding of digital printing as the created blocks will be used for commercial printing. 6) Have access to the required fonts to create blocks. There could be more work if there is a good understanding of CorelDraw. When bidding, please describe your (or your agencies) experience using PDFlib to create PDF blocks.
