PDF Resizing to A4 Format (44sites)

I have a multi-page PDF that currently sits outside standard print dimensions. I need every page resized cleanly to true A4 without distorting any content. All embedded images must stay exactly as they are—no cropping, compression, or repositioning.
Once the sizing is complete, please insert simple, sequential page numbers in either the bottom-centre or bottom-right corner—whatever looks most balanced after adjustment.
Deliverables:
