PDF Marketing collateral - infographic/pdf flyer

Hello, we need a 1-page infographic/flyer to be made quickly. It needs to explain 2 service options, how to sign up for these services, and have a link you the checkout embedded. I only have the content, brand guidelines and brand asset to share. The design concept will have to be created as part of this project.
