PDF How-To Guide

I need help to make a how-to guide. I have assests and text content. The expertise I need is in developing this text on the page in a creative and engaging way. Making it logical and easy to understand. Also having the initative to add to what I have created, so any infographics or artwork. Tough to make suggestions here as I don't know what I don't know. I would like it to be comfortably readable, interesting and hold value.

I would like 2 sizes; standard A4 so downloadable on a computer and something which is more mobile friendly.
