PDF Creator and Writer

I am in need of a creative individual that can review pdf's and convert them into new documents with fresh content and graphics and copy. Skills in graphic design, copy and creative ability to revise documents into ebooks and lead magnets. Must be able to work independently. For example: Given a document and convert to repurpose (make entire ebook cover to back).
