UI/UX Overhaul for Desktop and Mobile

I'm seeking an expert UI/UX designer to revamp the design of our platform for both desktop computers and mobile devices. The purpose of this project is two-fold:
1. Improve User Experience:
Our current design needs a boost. We need a professional to refine the interface, streamline navigation, and generally make our platform more intuitive and user-friendly.
2. Enhance Brand Identity:
Your designs should also help to enhance our brand identity. We want the aesthetics and interactions to reinforce our brand at every turn, contributing to a cohesive, recognizable presence across our platform.
