Outdoor Shirt Badge Design Needed

I have design images that need to be transformed into outdoor shirt type badges. These will resemble the badges typically seen on the back of a Columbia brand shirt.
Key Tasks:
- Take my existing images and enhance them by adding a wavy/curved edge border.
