Orion button

I need someone who knows Twitter and Instagram to program a link that a user can hit that will DM me transferring the Uaed ID of the clicker and the IID of the poster so that info can be sent to an outside computer. Then I need a link automatically sent to the original clicker with the Orion button so that when they click it will take them to to the outside computer to see the content
