Online women's clothing line

I would like to start an online womens clothing business. My main focus will be kn petite clothing. I know all too well personally how hard it is to find fashinably tasteful clothing that looks right on my 4'9" body. I would like to design a private brand of clothing for petite women but i also want to include standard sizes of clothing as well. I am looking for an experienced fashion designer who can bring to the table a beautiful wardrobe with fabric that does not fade with washing and fabric that hugs women's curves and feels comfortable. I also want fabric that doesnt shrink after washing. I want a brand that stands out.
