Online advertising creative (graphic design) -- Individuals only

I'm looking to work with individuals only. Automated bids and agencies/dev shops will be ignored. I do not want to waste your time.
I need online ad graphics created for our product. We sell something similar to an identity card.
I'm looking for an individual that can take the very few creative assets we have for our e-commerce product and help develop creative to run on paid online ads. I have plenty of copy and am happy to help with ideas but I need someone with graphics expertise.
Ideally, there's some overlap with US time zones (US Pacific Time) so we can talk during business hours (either in the morning or the evening depending on your location).
Please bid the cost for creating 10 online ads for us (graphics/visuals), including source files upon delivery.
Hopefully, we could work together long term as we do a lot of inbound marketing and paid advertising for our product. I will take 24 hours before evaluating bids to allow more thoughtful bidders to be recognized. Please include some of your past work.
