Online Tarot Card app

I have a deck of tarot/oracle cards that I print with a small commentary booklet. I would like to make a digital version that people can use online/in app format. I have the content, I just need the app technology to put my content on. Cards need to shuffle and allow people to select or have deck randomly pull the card.

I would like to be able to edit and change the content if I choose down the road.
