Ongoing Proof Creator for US Based Company

Hello,
I am the owner of Scoreboard Sports. We are located near Salt Lake City, Utah. We have been in business for 30 years, and we sell team sporting goods and provide many different decoration or embellishment services to our customers. We provide branded products like Adidas, Under Armour, Asics, Mizuno, and Puma.
We also provide non-branded products. I am looking for a solution for our artwork needs, including proofs and mockups. I have attached an example.
We are looking to modify this slightly. We are also looking for some basic artwork editing in addition to, potentially, some graphic design when needed.
It would be very nice to find someone who understood and could create separations for us, so we can go directly to print with our films for screen printing. We also have a direct-to-garment printer; a link is attached, which requires a PNG file with a transparent background for using its capabilities.

We are looking to have the ability to have a 24-hour business turnaround time for the original proof and mockup and then the 24-hour turnaround time for any edits and changes. We are looking for a very streamlined process in which the initial request is submitted and utilizing the new ERP system, ODOO, and I have provided a link. We can go back and forth until the project is completed. We like to maintain, on our end, the original artwork that we are given throughout until we have the finished needed files.

We prefer to work within the Adobe platform.
Let us know if this is something that would interest you? We would pay per mockup basis, one edit included in the price, and pay for additional revisions if needed—the artwork we could spend on a quarter-hour basis.
Mockups are an essential piece to us. Artwork assistance is as well but not as critical. The ability to separate when it's for screen printing would be excellent but not
a deal-breaker.

1) Job Number and Name
2) The Original Artwork.
3) The links or images of the articles the mockup is on. You may need to size it to fit on the mockup page and the artwork itself.
4) Dimensions of art or numbers, names, and location.
We will require a very basic NDA. Nothing crazy. We can pay through a job hire platform, Venmo, Payment link. We are open to that piece.
We are open to a different process. In the Google Folder is a mockup. I found that I like the layout much better than ours. We are looking to update the format of our mockup. Currently, we do about six a week. We are hoping that will grow to 12 or so a week.
