I’m looking for someone who can step in as my right-hand partner across three main areas: Instagram design, day-to-day data entry, and general virtual assistance.
Instagram is the immediate priority. I’ll hand you the brief, imagery, and copy; you return polished post designs, eye-catching story layouts, and scroll-stopping ad creatives that stay on brand and meet each deadline. If you prefer Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or another tool, that’s fine—what matters most is a sharp final asset delivered in the agreed formats and sizes.
Alongside design, routine data entry keeps my backend organised. Expect spreadsheets in Google Sheets or Excel that need cleaning, updating, or migrating. Accuracy and speed are essential here, as the information feeds straight into client reports.
Finally, I’ll rely on you for classic virtual-assistant tasks: arranging files in Drive, light research, or formatting documents in Word or Google Docs. Clear communication is non-negotiable; a quick message when questions arise saves us both time.
Acceptance criteria for each milestone
• Instagram package: ready-to-publish post, story, and ad designs supplied in PNG/MP4 plus editable source files.
• Data entry batch: 100 % field completion, zero obvious errors, format consistent with template.
• VA tasks: completed by or before the agreed due date, with a concise handover note.
