One-year achievement report

I am looking for someone who could design and layout a one-year achievement report of a political group in an assembly of French leaving abroad. The document will be in French and will be about 30 pages long. All texts are written, so it would be essentially the formatting, layout and graphic/visual design. I will give you upon request example of similar documents. My deadline for the document to be finished is 1 December 2022 and I am willing to pay 200 EUR.
