One sheet templates for Hope House Counseling and Education

Looking for a creative graphic design individual to create "one sheet" templates for our business development. Would like someone to harvest material from our website and create templates for us to add in critical content as we grow our business. Maybe looking for four or five initial template designs. We are a small counseling and education group based in Birmingham, Alabama. We are looking for templates we could use to develop materials to be used to communicate services offered, staff, b2b introductions, etc. Some might have space for larger text content while others could have the flexibility for a few or several text "boxes". This could expand to the development of letterhead, banners and other materials if it is a fit for both of us. This may be ideal for someone who has done similar work and can adjust previously developed products to meet our needs.
