One Page Promotional Template

We would like a two page template that we can use for a variety of projects. The first use of the template would be for an informational marketing page for potential clients. We are currently working on that copy and hope to send it to the designer to incorporate in the final work submitted to us. We would want the document to be completely editable so we could utilize in different projects.
