One Page Ad Design for AWT

I'm looking for a modern, clean one-page ad to feature in an event program for the Heath Highsteppers show. The ad should promote our tech repair services at AWT and our current promotion of 50% off Windows 11 upgrades until July 31, 2025.
Ad Structure:
- Top Half: Should say "Come get your Tech fixed at AWT". Incorporate our promo information. Leave space for a disclaimer which will state that customers must present a coupon.
- Bottom Half: This part should align with the branding of the Heath Highsteppers. It should say "Solve the binary puzzle for another 10% discount". Include the binary alphabet for the code HIGHSTEPPERSRULE. Leave room for a disclaimer at the bottom.
Color and Style:
- Use a combination of the AWT brand colors and the event colors of the Heath Highsteppers.
- The overall ad style should be modern and clean.
Inclusions:
- Incorporate the AWT logo.
Technical:
- Page size 7 3/8" x 9 5/8" (300PPI)
- Formats: PSD, PNG
