Omnisend Expert / Designer

We would like to send out an emailing to our customers every week or bi-weekly.
We are looking for someone that can:
* design our emailing
* automate it as much as possible
* one email per 1 week or per 2 weeks
* preferable someone that speaks and writes Arabic
The products we try to sell:
1- UHT (long life) milk
2- Camel Milk Powder
3- Long Life Juice
Your bid will be on hourly rate, we would like to use your services for 3 / 6 or 12 months
(this is for a big dairy company in the Middle East)
