Office Opening Video Invitation

I need a short, modern-and-sleek invitation video to announce the opening of our new real-estate mandate office. The piece should feel polished—clean motion graphics, subtle typography, and pacing that fits a corporate audience without looking stiff.

The company colour palette must drive the entire look, so every frame, accent line, and lower-third has to stay on brand. The only on-screen text I absolutely need is the event date and time as well as a clear call-out of our keynote speakers; everything else can be conveyed visually.

Preferred workflow is After Effects or a similar motion-graphics package so I can receive the editable project file alongside a 1080p (or higher) ready-to-send MP4. Please leave placeholder layers for the final names and exact timing—I'll swap them myself right before distribution.
