OGX BRT Line Art on UTA Stations
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Ogden City is seeking qualifications from artists/designers and artists/design teams for the creation of 2-Dimensional artwork to be installed on the glass windscreens at the new Ogden Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Stations. This project will create a vibrant experience at each BRT Station stretching from Downtown Ogden to Weber State University and McKay Dee Hospital.
Through this process, the selection committee is seeking artwork that tells the story of our city and connects people through creativity. It is the desire that this creative engagement project will enhance, inspire, and interact with the community, the BRT riders, the local neighborhoods, and Ogden’s visitors. Competitive artists/designers/teams will have a demonstrated ability to create work that is site-specific and/or inspired by community engagement.
Budget $50,000 for 10 stations (up to $5,000 per art location)
