Notes Designing in Adobe Illustrator (AI)

Hi,
I am a teacher by profession. I want to give coloured notes with charts and graphs to my students. So that it is easy for them to remember and revise concepts thoroughly.
I am looking for a freelancer who can design my handwritten notes and convert them to coloured notes in Adobe Illustrator. I have got my notes designed in past as well, and I'll guide freelancer how to design my notes.
I will be providing following documents to freelancer:
1. Handwritten Notes with handwritten charts.
2. Typed version of Handwritten notes typed in MS Word, so that freelancer dont need to type handwritten notes. Text can directly be copied.
3. Images which are required in notes.
My Requirements:
1. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
2. To make notes very colourful as I'll be providing coloured notes to my students.
3.. To use as much flow charts and charts and digrams as possible.
4 . To complete task in time.
Nature of work :
This is a continuous kind of work, which will go in for the whole year. As and when I finish preparing my handwritten notes for one chapter, I'll provide soft copy for designing coloured notes.
Pricing :
As of now my designer is charging INR (₹) 30 per page for designig. I have provided him typed notes so that he dont have to type the notes.
I will provide typed notes to freelancer as well so that time to type and time for corrections in typing is saved. I expect that I'll require freelancer to design more then 500 pages in one year and so on in years to come. I request quotes per page in the range of INR (₹) 25-35.
