Newsletter template design

I am looking for someone to design an email template for me. The template needs to be flexible, as there is a chance that it might need to be made responsive. The primary objective of this template is to inform and deliver whatever message I choose to send out. I'm looking for a template that will look professional and attractive, one which will have the ability to quickly and easily convey the message that I intend.
