New Template for publication (word and ppt)

Hello, I need to have a standard template to publish when I post my content. My company is in the renewable industry, so colors and fonts have to match the industry. Ideally, besides the cover, each page has to be split into two columns, left side I write the content, and on the right side, I add charts. Of course, the left side has to be wider.
Don't send over shitty designs that don't match the requests.
I am also attaching ideas for the template I am looking for. Similar style, but tot different colors and etc.
