New Tech Startup

I need a UX Designer with good designing skills for bootstrapping a new product which is going to be a website and an app. The person will be responsible for all the graphics, branding including designing logos, templates for each tab of app and designing of total user experience.

Its a new startup focused on hyperlocal market.
