New Mailchimp Newsletter Template Design

I'm looking for a professional-grade Mailchimp template tailored for newsletter updates for a voluntary committee PIER (www.pier.ie).
Key Requirements:
The design needs to embody a professional tone and style, suitable for a professional pharmacist audience.
I attach a screenshot of a newletter template I like from IIOP (https://irish-institute-of-pharmacy.newsweaver.com/newsletter/1b4nsfnl48a) which has a index of articles in this edition on the left and a number of focused headings where articles can be included. I also like that an image is used to break up the text in the article and the read more option.
I also attach screenshots of a recent PIER mailer through Mailchimp which isn't very engaging.

- Strong graphic design skills.
- Understanding of professional, corporate aesthetics.
- Ability to create user-friendly and engaging layouts that can be easily replicated.
