New Location Office

I am opening a new branch for a company that is already stablished and need help centralizing all information...training and forms on some kind of platforms. All materials need to be edited or changed for new branch...
Im looking for someone who will be available at least 2 weeks to start to finish this project...well have to speak on the phone daily to get feedback back and fort. Flexibility and availability is important in the beginning of the project.

I have or know where to find most information that will go in documents... but they need to be edited and put in an organized way..digitally.
