Need tattoo filler design ideas

Looking to get a design drawn up to fill the gaps around my hand tattoo. The tattoo I have is from "NieR" (video game) so any references from the game or any geometric/dotwork type designs I am open to. After something that will flow with my existing tattoo sleeve as well.
