I need someone to create a 13-page real estate checklist bundle with Canva. I have my own Canva Pro account and I will use it after it's complete. I must own all rights to this template bundle and I must be able to edit all of it from my own Canva account.

I delete and block all auto-bids because they are annoying. I don't need someone who's just auto-bidding on multiple projects without even reading in hopes of getting work. Please post "I have read all of the project details and my bid is accurate and not a placeholder bid” in your bid so that I know that you have read all of the project details and made an accurate bid. There is no reason for a placeholder bid because I took over 30 minutes to create a detailed job description with images and actual demos to clarify the project. Do not ask me “What is your budget?” because if you read the entire project description you will see that the budget is posted. It’s sad that I literally have to include this in all projects now.
There shouldn't be any clarification questions because I have laid out all of the details and also provided a zip file as a reference of exactly what I need.
