Need a new company overview template!

I'm the Marketing Director for a Commercial General Contractor and I need to update our "company overview." See attached file for what I've been using for the past couple years. I'm a Corel user so want a .CDR file since adobe files don't always translate. I will be using new and updated photos but would like about the same of photos per page. The verbiage can stay as is but it doesn't have to be separated into sections on certain pages in the same way it is currently. I'm just looking for something fresh and creative,, yet professional, that I can build off of.
