I am looking for a freelancer who can fix an image in a PDF Illustrator file to ensure it is suitable for printing on a medium-sized banner/runner (3-6 feet). The banner/runner will be used for a promotional event, so I need specific design elements and text incorporated into the image. The ideal freelancer should have experience in graphic design and be proficient in Adobe Illustrator to ensure the image is resized and formatted correctly for printing. the end file needs to be in pdf.
