Need help to design a box with Ai file format.

We are a company based here in Finland. Our product is a cat toy set. We need help with designing the box of the toy set. We have already decided how we want the box to look like. A photo of the box design will be attached.
The designer´s task is to make a similar design with Ai format on Adobe Ai software.
The whole process of the design has to be done on Adobe Ai software.
