Need graphic designer that can make concept art and 3D models

Main idea:
1- Browser Strategy Isometric Game
2- Realistic graphic style

The game mechanic basicaly will be the same of travian game.
I don't know exactly how I want things to look so you'll need to make the concept and sketches for the models.

I need:
1- Maps
2- Characters
3- Buildings
4- Miscellaneous (trees, rocks, garbage, etc...)
5- UX/UI
6- Graphic banners and promotion

3D models:
1- City environment
2- 13 characters
3- 13 buildings + 26 upgrades
