Need a graphic designer for stories cover page with good discription

I have some stories been written and ready to be published. All i need is a graphic designer to work with me on cover page design. I want a cover page that best describe the stories, so, i guess the interested and hired freelancer would have to read the stories through before proceeding with the design.

Note: I won't pay if the designs doesn't suit the stories.
