Need graphic artist to make a logo design for a hoodie

There are references in the files , it is for a hoodie based around VW shows, such as Bugjam and VW action. The name of the group is The Smoke Piss Society. Needs to be cartoony and colourful. Will need a white outline as will be on pastel hoodies. The alien is the main centrepiece and should be smoking marijuana on top of or hanging out of a VW Beetle. The car can be any colour but the alien is the green in the photo. Could be in an environment such as the moon surface , ski slope, field etc that is up to the artists interpretation. Good luck!
