Need to generate CDR file for an image

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me generate a RDI/CDR (coreldraw) file for an image. The image file I have is in JPEG format. I need the vector file that I require for the output RD/AI/CDR file. Additionally, I need this file to be editable.
