Need to develop a Responsive website for my event production company

Need to develop a responsive website, and also need to make the content of the website, i can share only basic details. Rest the team of website developer + content creator has to take it over.
Need a small websites it will not have manage pages or many details, we will just keep some good healthy details. The person also have to develop few email ids and the rest C Panel etc they will have to handover to us.
