Need designing for a PPT

I need a professional design for a franchising presentation. Content is fully ready with approx. 20 slides.
Need to be designed in Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop & then re-converted again into PPT (so that any textual changes can be carried out). I am fine even if with some online tools like Canva or any other websites.
Need to have good images, clean way of presenting.
