Need a designer for a website

Hello

I have an existing website and we are planning to redesign it and give it a fresh look and also add couple of new features.

I need a designer who can work with me give me designs using xd or figma and i can use them for development.

I want this to start asap and i will prefer individual designers compared to agencies as i want to speak with the designer face to face.
