Need UI design for Android app

Hello, I am looking for a talented UI designer to create an app for Android. Specifically, I am looking for something modern, with a Material style design. Obviously, there are loads of Material apps out there, so I want something that stands out from the pack. Although I don't have any existing UI elements to incorporate, I want a design that perfectly conveys the purpose of the app, which is for viewing advertisements and earning rewards. If you think you can create something that's both visually appealing but also communicates what my app is used for, then I'd love to hear from you!
