Need to design a flyer

I would like to design a flyer for my home decor online store. I will be submitting this flyer to be seen in a program book at a dance recital as an opportunity for me to advertise my new business. I do have my own website designed, so I was hoping to get a flyer done showcasing some of these items and as well would like to offer my customers a promo code, which I can create and give to you. I would need this flyer completed by May 16 as this is the deadline in order for me to submit it. Is this something you can help me with and what would be the approximate cost please thank you
