Need to design animated 1 logo and 4 image.

here i have attached logo and image sample. please check and let me know cost and time. i set in my project max budget- (120 fixed. not more then this)- so don't ask me for more. if you cant just leave. check sample and check project minimum and max budget give me time and you cost.
