Need to create logo, business card & letter head for 2 brands

Looking for a graphic designer to design logo, business card & letter head for 2 brands. I have acquired logo for 2 brands from istock photo. The designer is responsible to share 3 designs using the vector files for each brand and once the logo design is finalized it needs to be adapted to

1) Social Media Profile Icon
2) Social Media Banner (Facebook/Twitter)
3) Logo Design with Text
4) Logo Design without Text
5) EPS files for all designs
6) Font Files/Links to fonts used

I need a graphic designer to use the logo and create logo for 2 brands and adapt them to multiple formats (social, print, digital).

1) Share all source files as EPS, AI or PSD files for both in proper layered and commented
2) Share font files
3) JPG & PNG files for all designs
4) Word file for letterhead
5) PDF for business card & PSD file
