Need a clothing designer... not photoshop, but an actual designer

Need a clothing designer for swimsuits and other accessories. This job is NOT for making changes to existing pictures. Is to come up with the sketch from scratch based on images/pictures/descriptions that I will send. Please do not message me if all you can do is change existing pictures to other colors. That is not what I am looking for.
