Need an artist to complete tattoo design.
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a drawing/tattoo and I have an idea for a background, I just need someone to put the two together. So basically just add background to a drawing. The first picture is the main tattoo, the other two pictures are of someone’s tattoo, I just want their background added to the first picture.
