Need Website Analysit (One man Army)

Need a One man Person for my website. My website is almost ready and i need a advice from customer point of view.
1. who can check for bugs and errors in my website. And deliver me result as a costumer point of view.
2. Check responsiveness of website from dekstop and mobile point of view and give suggestions to fix them.
3. Give UI / UX suggestions for website as costumer point of view. I don't want to change UI i just want someone to beautify it.
